Our fine jewelry ecommerce store is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We offer shipping within 2 days, and we take 7 days to handle and craft your order to ensure that each piece is made to our high standards. If there are any delays in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If you are not fully satisfied with the item you received, don’t hesitate to contact our customer service and we will help you to find a perfect replacement. 

You must notify us about the exchange within 14 days after receiving the order.

 

*Custom designed jewelry made by Fantasy Diamonds can not be returned or exchanged.

 

*Two returns/exchanges are allowed per customer per year. (By “Customer” we mean individual that purchased at fantasydiamonds.com with unique payment details, email address and phone number).

 

*Every exchange must be reasonable according to Fantasy Diamonds’ discretion.  

*If another jeweler, except of Fantasy Diamonds, had fixed/changed/repaired any item that was purchased at fantasydiamonds.com, we have a right to decline a refund/exchange of the item. 

 

How should I pack the item I’m returning? 

 

The item must be returned in the original Fantasy Diamonds’ packaging, in pristine condition and unworn. 

Make sure to include all original product documentation and diamond grading reports. 

A customer service representative will contact you with following instructions, RMA and a prepaid shipping label. We will make sure to collect the return package straight from your door and securely deliver it to ours. 

 

*If the item will be sent without the original certificate, Fantasy Diamonds may require from the customer to pay for a new certification process; (Not applicable for resizes/repairs).  

 

It will take about 24 - 48 hours for our team to send you a pre-paid, fully insured UPS label.  We should receive your return within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fantasydiamondsny.com and send your item to: 77 W 47th St, New York, NY 10036.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 77 W 47th St, New York, NY 10036.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Warranty:

In staying true to our high standards of customer satisfaction, we offer a Lifetime Warranty to protect against manufacturer defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear or damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for inspection within 14 days of delivery. If we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complimentary repair or replacement if need be. Upon inspection, if we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide you a quote for the repair, if available. We do not provide warranties for theft or product loss.

Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been previously handled by third-party jewelers. Only items purchased directly from our website and stores are covered by our warranty.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.

General repairs under this warranty include and are limited to:

One rhodium plating
Repair of basic wear and tear
Resetting of stones
One resizing

*RESIZING RINGS
Some rings can be resized, others can’t! It seems quixotic but it’s not; if a ring has a full pattern or stones all, or most, of the way around, it generally cannot be resized. Our customer service team is always happy to help with specifics!

To initiate a service request, reach out to contact@fantasydiamonds.com with your order number, the service you require, and an image of the ring, if applicable. Please allow 3-4 months for repair or service under our warranty.

 

Repair Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling fees will be covered for customers based in the USA only. Please make sure to package the items securely in their original packaging or a box of the same size. For any additional information on how to ship your piece back to us please reach out to us at contact@fantasydiamonds.com. Please note that the carrier may charge you additional shipping charges if you send your product back in a different-sized box.


Any shipments that are sent to us using a label not created by Fantasy Diamonds are not covered by our insurance policy and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
